Information for participants
Proceedings
The full paper submission deadline is 15 November 2024.
The papers must follow the INTERSPEECH template, but the size limit is six pages. You can download the INTERSPEECH paper kit here or find the Interspeech template from the Overleaf Template Galery.
There will not be a second round of reviewing, but the authors should consider the comments from initial reviews and the feedback from the conference audience. The camera-ready PDF files should be submitted through EasyChair.
The proceedings will be published in the ISCA archive.
Plenary sessions online
The four plenary talks will be streamed online and will later be available in the University of Tartu video archive. You can find the times (Tartu local time is Eastern European Time zone + Daylight Saving Time) and the links to the broadcasts on this link: https://isaph2024.ut.ee/invited-speakers/. You are welcome to share it with your colleagues and students. All regular sessions and workshops will be onsite only and will not be recorded.
Workshops

Internet at the conference venue
There is free wifi in all University of Tartu buildings. If your home institution is part of the Eduroam network we recommend to set up the connection in your devices at home and then it should automatically connect here with no extra setup. If you do not have eduroam there is also a guest network provided.
Accompanying person to dinner
If you wish to bring an accompanying person to the conference dinner on Tuesday 1 October, please let us know by e-mail isaph2024@ut.ee. The fee is 35 euros. Please see the payment options here: https://isaph2024.ut.ee/payment-options/.
Oral presentations
The oral presentation slots will be 30 minutes: 20 minutes for the talk and 10 minutes for discussion. The lecture halls are equipped with a Windows PC with common presentation software (MS PowerPoint, Adobe Reader). We strongly recommend to prepare your presentation as a PowerPoint or a PDF file and transfer it to the presentation PC before the talk.

Please include the session number and the names of the authors in the file name (e.g. O2A_Malmi_Leppik_ISAPh2024.pptx). The files should be uploaded during the break before the session starts at the latest. You can also bring your presentation on a USB memory stick.
Poster presentations
Posters should be prepared in A0 portrait format.
We can arrange the printing of the posters at the University of Tartu Press. If you choose to have your poster printed in Tartu, please prepare it as an A0 portrait PDF file. The deadline for sending us the PDF for printing is 25 September. The files should be sent via e-mail to isaph2024@ut.ee. Printing costs 21 euros.
